What is the difference between the Classic and the Crispy Szechuan?
Our Crispy Szechuan is the hotter of our two chilli oils, with more of a tingling and numbing sensation provided from the szechuan peppercorns. Because of its flavour profile, it lends itself more to Asian cuisines, whereas our Classic chilli oil, with a milder heat level compared with the Crispy Szechaun, goes well with any cuisine and is a great all-rounder!

Why should I subscribe to the email list?
So you can be in the know for when we are going to release a Hot Drop, as well as be first-in-line to order your favourite chilli oil! If you don't subscribe and you leave it to fate, you may have to accept missing out on stock for months. 

Does it cost anything to subscribe to the email list? 
Not at all, it's completely free!

Will I receive a lot of annoying, promotional emails?
No you will not! Our subscribers will only be bothered when we release a Hot Drop to let you know when stock is available for purchase and when it is sold out - so you'll receive a few emails, only 4 times in the year!

Why aren't I receiving emails?
Check your spam folder as our emails have been known to venture there. Try resubscribing if they are still not arriving, and if the problem persists please get in touch with us. 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We do our best to package and post your order within 1-2 business days of your order date. We ship via AusPost, and standard shipping can take 5-8 days within Australia. For more shipping information please refer to our Shipping page.

Are you stocked in any retail stores?
We no longer stock The Brunswick Burn in retail stores, so through our website is the only way to get your hands on the good stuff!

Do you provide custom mini jars for events other than weddings?
Yes we absolutely do! We can accommodate and make custom mini jars for any event you have planned! Just get in touch with us via our Contact Form and we can discuss the rest!
